This site is information, not a contract

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Transit times, crew sizes, durations and access notes are guidance drawn from our own job records and from published rules at the time of writing.

The contract for a move is the written quotation and its terms, which we send you after a survey. If this website and your quotation disagree, your quotation governs.

Accuracy of customs and import information

Customs rules, duty reliefs, vehicle standards and pet import requirements change, sometimes at short notice. We review the destination pages periodically and each carries a last-reviewed date.

We confirm what applies to your specific shipment in writing before you book. Do not make an irreversible decision on the strength of a web page alone, including ours.

Quotations and prices

We quote after a survey because volume and access decide the price, and neither can be assessed reliably over the phone. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

Where a page gives a range, it is a range and not a price.

Restricted destinations

Some destinations are subject to international sanctions, conflict conditions or carrier refusal. Those pages say so and offer a compliance review rather than a quotation.

We will not accept a booking we do not believe we can lawfully and safely complete.

Your use of the site

Use the site for its purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or submit false enquiries.

The text, photographs and design are ours. Please do not republish them as your own.
